Why choose Introduce?
When you decide to welcome a new employee into your company, you set a whole chain of events in motion. It goes without saying that you want to hire the right person for the job in question. Preferably as soon as possible, of course, so that the core business of your organisation suffers as little as possible. We have understood these needs and will guide you through every step of the selection process.
What does our recruitment service entail?
At Introduce we like a personal approach. Once you have placed your trust in us, we will be happy to visit you for an intake interview during which we will go over the requested profile and all the conditions. This gives us the opportunity to get to know your company from the inside and to avoid misunderstandings. After this, we immediately start looking for suitable candidates. On the one hand, we contact people from our own database, and on the other hand, we attract new candidates by publishing the vacancy through various channels, depending on the type of vacancy and the agreements made. From all available profiles, we then make an initial selection based on the CV, followed by a telephone screening and an initial interview at our office, coupled with a personality questionnaire. We then present the candidates who best fit the profile in an initial, extensive report.
As our client, you can then choose to invite the candidates for one or more interviews and have them complete an assessment, adapted to the expectations of the position. It is important to us that you, as a client, have all the tools at your disposal to make the right choice. We do not stop the selection process until your new employee has signed the contract or exceeded the agreed deadline. Only then does the vacancy disappear from the whiteboard in our office.
Interim Management
Our Interim Management specialisations:
- HR MANAGEMENT
- Supply chain, Logistics & Procurement
- Engineering & Production
Why choose Introduce?
The world does not stand still, especially in the business world. You may have a temporary need for extra resources while awaiting a definitive position or because you are running a project within your company that requires specific knowledge and experience. Whatever the reason, you can count on us for a swift and personal service.
What does interim management at Introduce entail?
Within interim management, time is the biggest factor because you want to move forward with your own business. We therefore focus on a fast search and placement without compromising the quality of the searched profile. From the moment we receive your call or email with the criteria for the assignment, we start the procedure. We post the assignment on our social media and tap into the network we have built over the years. Because of this network, we can confidently say that an interim management search with us is a matter of days, not weeks.
While we are on the subject of a network, we would like to add that we are committed to a real sense of community. For us, the pure search and placement of interim managers is not enough and we like to provide our network with opportunities to keep learning from each other. For that reason we regularly organize our Intro-Connect event where the emphasis is on exchanging stories and experiences between interim managers. We put a speaker central but also see value in the conversations before and after, with the necessary drinks and snacks of course.
Assessment and development centres
Why Introduce?
A person's personality can be very difficult to fathom because the person in question will react differently in every situation. As an employer you often rely on your own intuition to assess the qualities of your staff and applicants. You never get a complete picture and it can be quite a task to make the right decisions. At Introduce, a personality questionnaire is a standard part of the selection process, but we also offer you the option of having an assessment organised.
What does an assessment involve?
An assessment consists of one or more exercises that are presented to the candidate to see how he or she reacts in a certain situation. In order to determine which exercises are appropriate, we first draw up a competence profile that the candidates must meet. This is done on the basis of your expectations for the position to be filled and we first submit it to you for verification.
Afterwards, we appoint one or more assessors who will guide the candidates through all the exercises. At the end of an assessment you have, as it were, a blueprint of the capabilities and character of a candidate. This is processed into an extensive, detailed report which you will receive a few days later, together with the necessary feedback. From then on, the choice is yours as a client.
What does a development centre entail?
We can also be of service to your current employees. At your request, we can organise a development centre on the work floor. During this development centre, we use a number of exercises to examine whether your employee is suitable for a role at a higher level, where he or she wants to go and what points still stand in the way of further growth. This experience can give a boost to your employee's confidence as he or she gains insight into his or her strengths and working points, and is given a framework in which to work towards his or her goals.
Advisory
Why Introduce?
What you will always see on our website is our personal approach. It is from this mindset that we started the Advisory branch of our business. Every company is confronted with its own weaknesses and threats at some point. At Introduce we focus on reflection and being aware of things that are not going so well in order to learn and grow. A weakness or threat can therefore become a strength to be exploited.
How do we approach this?
We work on a service that is unique depending on the needs of your company. This can be a short workshop on a specific theme, or a long-term project in which several sessions are devoted to a company-specific problem that needs to be tackled systematically. An example of this could be a workshop for managers in which tools are provided that can help solve conflicts between employees.
One-on-one coaching for executives and managers is also one of the possibilities within our advisory branch. We take away frustrations by providing techniques and tips that can help with constructive feedback, motivating and guiding a team, and creating commitment, among other things. In every project, our goal remains the same: working with people to grow your business and its operations.

Why should I trust this agency?
Finding the right talents is crucial for the success of your company. You need skilled people that you can rely on. However, the shortage of candidates and specificities of the industry makes it tough to find them by yourself.
This is why being able to rely on trustworthy recruiters is really important. But how to be certain that you can trust an agency? You can't. But HireRing surely can help with that.

"I was looking for a business developer for a while. HireRing connected me with adequate recruitment agencies. The recruiter I mandated via the platform quickly found the profile I had been looking for. I was impressed by the quality of the service from the recruiter.
